Copyright & DMCA Policy

Jammify respects the rights of artists, songwriters, labels and publishers.

Jammify does not store audio files; it plays content made available by third-party services. If you believe that content accessible through Jammify infringes your copyright, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to it.

How to send a notice

Send your notice through our Contact page with the subject “Copyright notice”, and include:

  1. Your name, organisation and contact details (address, phone and email).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The Jammify URL(s), track or playlist links where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every complete notice, remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate and reply to confirm. Where possible, we also notify the user who added the content (for example to a shared playlist).

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly share infringing material may be suspended or terminated.
